Returns and exchanges

If the size is wrong or the item is not right, return it within 7 days of delivery. The item should be unworn, unwashed, and with tags on.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order code. We will arrange a pickup or guide you to the nearest drop point.

Exchanges for a different size are free where stock allows. Refunds for cash on delivery orders are sent by bKash or Nagad once we receive the item back.
